I am a plumbing novice, I wandered in yesterday at 16:30, They gave me some great advice/knowledge on some niche 1970's mashup plumbing and did not talk down to me. The prices were very good and the guy on the desk was just awesome.

I recently had an issue with a leaking ceramic tap. As it turned out, my unit wasn’t a standard size, and finding the correct replacement took a bit of time due to the slight variations in sizing. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout, particularly the person at the counter, who not only identified the right part but also provided me with practical advice on how to install it correctly (I’m not a plumber). Thanks to their guidance, I managed to fix the tap within five minutes of getting home. I highly recommend this business for their knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer service.
